FAQ Dashboard development questions
How much does a custom dashboard cost in India?
Ours start at ₹60,000 for a focused build over two or three sources. For comparison, Power BI consultants working out of India quote roughly ₹5,000 to ₹50,000 a day depending on seniority, so a configuration engagement adds up quickly once it runs past a few days, and enterprise analytics platforms cost far more again. The deciding factor is how many systems have to talk to each other, not how many charts you want.
Why not just use Power BI or Looker Studio?
Often you should, and we will set one up for you if it fits. They work well when your data already sits somewhere clean and standard. Custom is worth it when the numbers live in an Indian billing tool with no connector, when the calculation is specific to how you work, or when you want it inside a system your team already uses instead of another login.
Which systems can it pull from?
Anything with an API or an export we can schedule. In practice that has meant billing software, Google Sheets, CRM records, ad platforms and direct database reads. Tally and similar desktop tools usually need a scheduled export rather than a live connection, and we will tell you which one you are dealing with before quoting.
How long does it take?
Three to five weeks for a focused build. The slow part is almost never the charts. It is agreeing what a number means, because two people in the same company often define revenue or a closed deal differently, and the dashboard forces that conversation.
