How much does business automation cost?
Projects start at ₹50,000 and are scoped after a process audit, because the honest answer depends on how many systems have to talk to each other. The audit itself tells you which processes are worth automating and which are cheaper left alone.
What do you actually automate?
Recent examples: enquiry-to-quote flows that answer in minutes instead of hours, payment reminder sequences on WhatsApp, daily sales dashboards pulled from billing software, and auto-generated delivery updates. If it’s repetitive and rule-based, it can likely be automated.
Do we have to replace the software we already use?
No, and we would rather you did not. Most of this work is connecting Tally, your billing software, your sheets and your WhatsApp so data stops being retyped between them. Replacing working software is expensive and makes your team relearn everything for no gain.
How soon do we see the time saved?
The first automation is usually running within 2-3 weeks, and the saving is visible immediately because it is a task somebody stops doing by hand. We start with whichever process is costing the most hours so the return is obvious before you commit to more.
What if a process changes later?
We document how each automation works and hand that over, so a change is a small edit rather than an archaeology project. Where the rules are likely to shift often, we build them as settings you can adjust yourself instead of hard-coding them.
